The latest agenda of the College of Commissioners was published yesterday.
Compared to the previous version published on 08 March 2023, the Net Zero Industry Act, the European Critical Raw Materials Act, the Revision of the EU's internal electricity market design as well as the Single Market at 30 and long-term competitive strategy do not appear on the agenda published on 14 March 2023.
The first two points are currently expected on 16 March 2023.
Additionally, the cyber package seems to be postponed from 05 April to 18 April 2023 while the remaining agenda items have not changed compared to the previous version.
